Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
At Addison Raes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality pet products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at addisonraes.4u@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase.
